What platforms is EasyProf® available for? |
| At the moment EasyProf® is currently available for all versions of Windows. We will soon release EasyProf® ports for Linux & MAC OS X. |

| What languages is EasyProf® available in? |
| EasyProf® is available in English, German and Spanish. If you need EasyProf® to be localized into other languages, we can do so very easily. |

| Is there really no programming at all in EasyProf®? |
| Absolutely true! Creating a multimedia, richly interactive Title in EasyProf® involves no programming whatsoever. The action creation wizard helps you create actions just the way you think, in a logical way. |

| What similarities and differences are there between EasyProf® and Ms PowerPoint? |
| There are many differences. The main one is that Ms PowerPoint is not e-learning oriented. It is a good choice for creating simple presentations, but lacks many key features SMEs would want when creating an online course, such as evaluation tests, compliance with e-Learning Industry standards, limited interaction creation capabilities, etc.
There are also some similarities: EasyProf® is no harder to learn than PowerPoint, requiring similar computer knowledge to operate. The way EasyProf® works with components also is somewhat similar to MS PowerPoint.
If you have used PowerPoint, you will find EasyProf® even easier to master. |

| Do learners need to install plug-ins in order to view contents created with EasyProf®? |
| EasyProf® has three publishing options:
HTML: Users will only need a standard browser to view contents in this format. However, if search and/or tracking capabilities have been added to the content, users will automatically download a Java applet. This java applet works with Microsoft Java Virtual Machines and Sun Java 1.1.8 or greater.
Java Applet: Users will need the Java Runtime Environment 1.3 or greater to view contents using this publishing format.
CD-ROM: The runtime is included when contents are published in this format, and there are no requirements in the user PC. |

| What kind of reports can the tutor get about the learners activity within the course? |
| Tutors can get extensive reports through e-mail or FTP in XML and/or HTML formats.
Tutors not only get the results of the evaluation, but data about all aspects of navigation, timing information, course and session information, use of course services such as words searched, use of the glossary, etc.

| The price per license is the only amount that needs to be paid. Itaca does not collect fees for runtime distribution, no matter the number of courses created, the number of students taking those courses, etc. |

| The EasyProf® Education Store allows qualified educational end users to purchase Education versions of EasyProf® products at a reduced price. | Education version products are intended for training purposes only and may not be used for any commercial purpose. ITACA will conduct periodic security audits to be certain of your education qualification. EasyProf® education versions are fully functional. |
